can u run multiple copies? would i need to?

i don't know if this makes sense, but is it possible to seed to more than one client at a time? there's actually a couple of different places i want to seed to, i run different clients to keep track of things, even though some of the torrents are the same. would TRK let me run 2 clients? or could i just run TRK twice?
