keeps crashing my client --- help

i can not run trk 24/7 because twice a day it causes my utorrent 2.21 21 b25130 to lock up. if i don't use trk i do not have any problems but if i do use trk, it freezes up at about the same times every day between 12:45am and 1:30am then again between 9:45am and 10:43am UTC 6. I run vista home premium. I'm very unhappy about this because a hour or 2 after i go to bed it crashes then a hour or 2 after i go to work it crashes.
