TRK v 4.0 does not works

Since update on Jan. 28 TRK Monster to version 4.0 uTorrent v.2.2 is not recognized any more (activity light is not blinking), statistics is not working.
Win 7 pro x64

Reinstalled TRK v.4.0 can now see uTorrent (light blinks), but statistics does not works for upload nor download.
After downloading and seeding for few hours the tracker registered decreased download at desired rate and only actual upload, not increased at all.
Win 7 x64

Can you send me Rules.xml in PM or by email please? You can find this file in TRK installation folder. I will set same upload settings and try it on several trackers.

Yesterday uploaded ~1GB, tracker registered 0.
