TRK 4.7 not compatible with Utorrent 40298

Hi,
Have recently being have issues with using Trk Monster 4.7 with Utorrent .
Everytime I use Trk Monster 4.7 with Utorrent 40298 , Utorrent either crashes straight away or after a while it just hangs up. Very frustrating If I am trying to download a big file.
It's not Utorrent itself as if I use it by itself it works o.k.with no problems.
It's When I use TRK in conjunction with Utorrent that I encounter problems. It also has problem with Bitcomet and Vuze.
I using a 64 bit Windows 8 os system...
I've tried using a old version of Utorrent but no joy.
Any solutions ?

Yes I did use 32bit Utorrent , It used to work ok until I updated TRK a few months back then I started having problems.
Utorrent works ok with no problems When I use it normally by itself but If I activate Trk and then right click start Utorrent then it will come on for a split second then disappear or else it will work for a few minutes then the program just hangs up. I've tried other clients but same result.
