i have my settings for regular torrenting at unlimited downloads and uploads,ive tried all combinations of settings for TRK and everytime i apply them my downloading actually goes slower... it does a good job of changing my ratio,but the download speed goes down . Any ideas? I'm using the latest utorrent,and 1.8 on a different machine.

Hello,

TRK shouldn't make your speed lower. Please write your internet connection speed and connection type (ADSL, lan, etc).

Thanks for the quick reply! I have highspeed from comcast,speedtest.net says 20mbits down and 2.5 up,(I know the test is unreliable because of speedboost). Also wireless internet,any other tests you need me to do let me know,thanks again.


atm im downloading 450kbps/seeding 187. Swarm speed is 17 Mbits/s if that tells you anything

What speed have you got if TRK is running?

200kbps download and upload,TRK settings are 75% upload 0% download no other settings checked.
Atm I'm downloading at 900 Mbps and uploading at 200 after turning TRK off.

Please close your uTorrent and TRK, reboot pc, download this test version http://www.torrentratiokeeper.com/downl ... d_test.zip and extract files. Launch this test version and then launch your torrent client. Do you have same low download speed with this version?
