Download and send any not working .torrent file from worldboxingvideoarchive.com and Rules.xml from TRK installation folder to support@torrentratiokeeper.com please. It will help our developer to understand the problem.
We will not use .torrent file (no downloading or seeding).

Our software developer will check .torrent file (any torrent from worldboxingvideoarchive.com that wasn't counted on tracker's profile) and your settings for tracker (rules.xml). He will try to launch TRK emulating your PC to find the problem.

We need .torrent file from the tracker downloaded by you and Rules.xml from TRK folder. Our developer will emulate your downloads and fix the problem. Please send any .torrent from www.worldboxingvideoarchive.com and Rules.xml to admin@torrentratiokeeper.com.
