500% is max and recommended only for who have slow upload speed. Other way, you can be banned by tracker's admin if your uploaded traffic will be too unreal.

We've got your log. It's very strange, seems like there is antivirus or other rules that disallow our program connect to torrent client.
We are very sorry, but we can't reproduce this problem on our PCs.

I m using u torrent 1.8.1, its not blinking even after open TRK for more than a hour and TRK also not load any tracker till now...its still empty...:( I m downloading from russian site.....may i have to install any microsoft dotnet like program....
