Do you increase upload somehow? If you decrease download only, then no boost for upload.

TRK Monster supports only 32bit torrent clients. Please, check TRK Java for 64bit torrent clients support:

TRK updates packets and doesn't change the destination. It works only with data inside the packet.
Please tell me if you are trying to cheat on http or https tracker. Did you try to use TRK + proxy with http tracker?

We have 2 TRK versions. TRK for Linux/MacOS works as HTTP proxy. User needs to enter TRK ip:port on the torrent client's settings and all HTTP traffic from torrent client will go through TRK Java.
