Why doesn't the program work if your server is down? When your server was down few weeks ago, the program wasn't be able to login, and failed to do its job as a Ratio Keeper. Can you please do something about that?

Something strange happened when I started TRK , I changed my settings to : 300% Uploaded traffic increase Checked Seeder Mode added 43-44% of downloaded to uploaded (instead of 151-159) Then hit the "Apply to all trackers" button .. Yes I know about some trackers have protection and don't give seeders when I seed, that wasn't my question actually, what I wanted to ask was about that option under the Expert Settings and you clarified it to me.
