Umm...from speedtest.net my download speed is 5.79mb/s which I assume is the fastest one and I do not limit any uploads.

Hello, Umm...I'm a new user to TKR who needs some help here. I'm using the Leecher's version of TKR and set my increased upload traffic to 250% and decrease download traffic to 75%. But on utorrent my ratio is 4+, downloading speed averages at 9.1kb/s and uploaded info at 1.6GB+. Is this normal? Are...
